How to Set Your Child Up for Success Before & After School
Enrolling your child in a before-and-after-school program can significantly benefit their overall academic success. The YMCA has a multitude of before and after school programs where staff are working with students to meet essential needs such as:
- Physical, emotional and mental needs
- Emphasizing individual choices and opinions
- Access to staff who are providing attentive and alert supervision
While these requirements are being met consistently, your child will grow and learn constantly after school and improve daily.

YMCA Before & After School Child Care serves children in 14 districts across Central Ohio in more than 50 schools. Registration is now open (or will open soon) for the 2025-26 school year.
