Registration Guide

Thank you for considering YMCA of Central Ohio Before & After School Child Care for your child this school year! The information below will help you with registration. If you have questions, please contact your Y-Club.
 

Registration Dates

Each district opens online registration on different dates; please check your Y-Club for more information.
 

Online Registration

You will need an account in our registration system to register for Y-Club. If you are already a YMCA member or have registered for programs in the past, you likely have an account.

• We HIGHLY recommend logging into your account before registration day to ensure you have access and set up your account correctly.
• If you do not have a YMCA account, you can make one here.
   

Registration Tips

See availability and register using the location-specific registration link on your Y-Club's district page.

• We offer a 10% Sibling/Multi-Child discount on each child after the first one. Please contact your Y-Club’s director so we can apply it.
• Please allow 30 minutes PER CHILD you plan to register. You must fill out all medical forms during registration.
• When completing medical forms, select New Student regardless of whether you’ve been to Y-Club.
• Gather the information below before you begin. The system times out after 40 minutes; you’ll have to log back in.
   

Registration Information Checklist

Child’s name, DOB, school, grade

Child’s behavior needs and effective behavior management strategies

Child’s medical and medicine administration information

Child’s physician/clinic name and contact information

Date of child’s last tetanus shot

Parent/guardian contact info (email, phone number, work information, etc)

Two emergency contacts who are NOT parents/guardians (names, phone numbers and addresses)

Any additional authorized adults who can pick up your child
 

Payment Policies

To hold your spot, we require a $35 registration fee at the time of registration. The remaining balance will be drafted using your on-file payment method on Friday before each week of care. Please ensure you pay your registration fee using the same payment method you would like for weekly drafts.

We automatically assess payments not processed successfully with a $20 Non-Sufficient Funds fee. If you need to change your payment method, please contact the staff at your location.

Payment plans are available upon request. Please contact your location’s staff to set one up.

After you pay the registration fee, you'll receive a confirmation email. If you do not pay or receive a confirmation email, you did not successfully register. Please contact your location for assistance.

Any cancellation of registered weeks should be made by contacting your location via email two weeks before the week you need to cancel. Please note that registration fees are not refundable or transferable.
