A lot of things have changed in the 89 years that kids have been coming to YMCA Camp Willson, but some things never do—the anticipation of adventure, the thrill of moving into a cabin with new friends, the first glimpse of Lake Mac-O-Chee, the smell of campfire smoke under the stars. Hundreds of kids, new and experienced campers alike, take in the magic of Camp Willson each year. An exciting week of new experiences, newly forged friendships, independence, and fun await your child at Camp Willson.
Low counselor-to-camper ratios, a beautiful outdoor environment filled with great activities, and most of all, the YMCA's core values of honesty, caring, respect, and responsibility, mean that kids of all ages feel at home at Camp Willson. It's where kids can relax, stretch their wings, practice the values they have learned at home, and be accepted...it's a place where kids can be themselves.
