Tips for meal planning on a busy schedule
MyPlate is my go-to for meal planning. Personally, I've found it works best for me to thoroughly plan out dinners for the week, plan a main dish and a vegetable to pack for lunch each day, and keep a variety of breakfast items, fruits, and snacks on hand to complete my menu as I go along. This strategy balances the needs for structure and flexibility for me, but each family has to find what works best for them. 
What foods can keep us going during a busy workday?
As for keeping ourselves going during busy days, my best recommendation is to eat balanced meals/snacks at regular times (i.e., eat breakfast, and don't wait until you're starving to eat).
