Want to get your heart pumping? The American Heart Association recommends either a total of 150 minutes of moderate-intensity aerobic activity a week or 75 minutes of vigorous aerobic activity. We offer a variety of Cardio and Combination fitness classes that help strengthen your heart and lungs, build muscle and endurance while burning calories at a high rate. With so many classes to choose from, you’ll never run out of ways to keep your body moving.

A fusion of boxing, martial arts and aerobics done rhythmically to music. Offering an intense cross-training and total-body workout, it utilizes the training routines used by combat athletes in martial arts, boxing and kickboxing
This motivating interval training workout combines technical jabs, punches and kicks thrown into a free-standing heavyweight bag. Make sure you bring hands wraps or gloves.
Pound is a full body cardio jam session, combining light resistance with constant simulated drummer using Ripstix. This workout out fuses cardio, Pilates, isometric movements, plyometrics and isometric poses into a 45-minute series.
A total body workout that includes cardio, strength training and core. Get your body ready for warmer weather with this hour long class that's sure to get you that jump start you need!
Total Body Knockout
A high-energy, intense, and fun class that combines cardio, strength, and kickboxing for that total body makeover -- a workout you can only find at the Y!
Turbo Kick is a combination of intense kickboxing moves mixed with dance moves all perfectly choreographed to high energy and motivating music. It's the ultimate cardiovascular challenge that is a unique blend of intense intervals, strength/endurance training and a relaxing cool down. Turbo kick requires no previous kickboxing experience or equipment.
COMBINATION (50% Cardio + 35-40% Strength Activity + 10-15% Flexibility)
This is an evidence-based group exercise program for older adults that focuses on dynamic cardiovascular exercise, strength training, balance, and flexibility — everything older adults need to maintain health and function as they age.
A high-intensity interval training class that involves short intervals of maximum intensity using your own body weight.
Total Body Circuit
Total body workout, circuit style! This class offers stations of cardio, strength, plyometric and core training focus to train your whole body and maximize calorie burn! Keep a rapid pace with minimal breaks; rotate through different strength stations throughout each session.
This class will give you a total body toning workout! Our instructors will help you perform resistance exercises to improve both muscle strength and endurance.
This class is about improving your strength and stamina through a rugged workout. Sessions consists of sports drills, weights, jumping rope, boxing, circuits and interval training, and instructors will adjust difficulty to fit your needs and level.
Balance muscle, cardio and stretch in this all-around challenging class!
You want full-body conditioning? Come to this class to work on flexibility, strength training and cardio. All fitness levels are welcome!
