School Days Off

The YMCA is committed to Central Ohio communities. During the school year, there are many occasions for schools to close, such as parent/teacher conference days, single day holidays and longer holiday breaks. On these days, the YMCA offers full-day child care, "School Days Off," from 7 am-6 pm at select branches.

School Days Off (SDO) is a state-licensed program for children from Kindergarten through 5th grade, held at the Hilliard, Hilltop, Hilltop-Cherry Creek, North, and Liberty/Powell YMCAs. On School Days Off, children receive a nutritious morning and afternoon snack and participate in a variety of activities, including arts and crafts, swimming, large and small group games, gym and outside activities and much more!
