*We will try to adhere to this schedule as closely as possible. Classes may be added or changed due to location and staff availability. Dates and Locations of classes are subject to change. Registration forms will be sent out a minimum 3-4 weeks prior to the training event. (The month prior) Please look at all registration forms for date changes. All registrations are due the Monday before the event unless otherwise noted. All payments must be made with registrations. Due to the location of some of our classes, there will be limited registration. Please register as soon as possible. We are unable to "hold" spots without payment. Discounts are available for groups of 4 or more. Please arrange this with .

CEC INFORMATION

All the YMCA events scheduled above are also YMCA CEC's. We will send you what four hour CEC's are being offered at a later date. Anything on the calendar that is listed as "Choreography" is just that, NO CEC's are credited. However, if you are an instructor of the YMCA of Central Ohio Association, it is required that each staff member attend at least one choreography event per year in their related field of teaching, which is in their job description.

CANCELLATIONS

We rarely have the need to cancel a class, but sometimes our registration will be low enough to warrant cancelling a class. All cancellations will be made by the Tuesday prior to the event. Calls will be made at that time to notify the participants.
