Mandy Boyles is a wife, mother, nurse, avid reader, group exercise instructor and this month's featured personal trainer! Mandy's fitness journey began over 20 years ago when she was a three sport high school athlete. In between completing her undergrad at The Ohio State University and going back nursing school, Mandy worked full time as a personal trainer, then after getting married and finishing nursing school, she decided to run her first half marathon for her 30th birthday. As a busy mom of two, Mandy understands the challenges of a being a multi-tasking parent and the importance of making your own health a priority. In addition to being an RN and personal trainer, Mandy is a certified Les Mills Body Pump instructor. You can also find Mandy teaching HIIT classes and orienting new members to the Y through our Right Start program! Mandy is currently taking new clients on Monday, Thursday and Friday mornings.
