Edgar W. Ingram Jr. Leadership Retreat Center

Capacity: 125 indoors
Tables & chairs: 10 8-ft light-weight tables, 8 6-ft light-weight tables, 1 tall square table and 125 chairs

The Ingram Center is the perfect setting for business meetings, wedding receptions and holiday parties. The facility is handicap accessible, has a kitchenette (with a refrigerator, microwave and sink), carpet and ceramic tile floors, tables, chairs, restrooms, gas heat and central air conditioning.
 

Security Deposit: $150 (refundable*)
 

Optimist Lodge


There is tent space near the Optimist Lodge for larger events. We can suggest tent vendors.

Capacity: 100 indoors
Tables & chairs: 4 5-ft round  tables, 10 6-ft light-weight tables, 2 8-ft wooden tables, 1 large buffet table,
2 8-ft picnic tables, 100 chairs
The Optimist Lodge is a rustic setting, perfect for casual events of all kinds. This barn offers a stage, wood-burning fireplace, restrooms, a sink, counter area, two decks and a whole lot of charm! This building is rented seasonally and only on Saturday and Sunday in the summer.
 

Security Deposit: $150 (refundable*)
 

Hoover Educare Building

Capacity: 50 indoors
Tables & Chairs: 7 8-ft wooden tables, 50 chairs
The Educare building works well for meetings and small parties. The building can be divided into two separate rooms. It has two restrooms and a kitchenette with a sink, refrigerator and microwave.

Gazebo

Capacity: 80-100 seated on benches  
Our Gazebo is surrounded by trees and offers bench seating. It is a charming setting for outdoor weddings.

Right Angle Cabin     
Capacity: 15
The Right Angle Cabin is great for small parties, youth retreats and informal meetings. This rustic setting has water, heat, electricity, a sink, a refrigerator, a microwave, a dining room and a wood-burning fireplace.

Shelter One	Shelter Four

Capacity: 100

Shelter One tables & chairs: 14 8-ft picnic tables, 2 10-ft banquet tables (no benches)
Shelter One is our largest shelter and features electricity, running water, a large charcoal grill and picnic tables. It is located near the children’s playground and restrooms.

Shelter Four tables & chairs: 12 8-ft picnic tables
Shelter Four is our second largest shelter. It has electricity and picnic tables. It is adjacent to an open field, fire circle and the climbing wall.

Shelter Two	Shelter Three

Capacity:  75
Shelter Two tables & chairs: 10 8-ft picnic tables, 2 10-ft banquet tables by the grill
Shelter Two has electricity, a large charcoal grill and picnic tables. It's located near the playground and horseshoe pits.

Shelter Three tables & chairs: 12 8-ft picnic tables, 2 10-ft banquet tables by the grill
Shelter Three has electricity, a large charcoal grill and picnic tables. It's located next to a large open field.

Discounts
Rental rate is the actual hours for the facility you are renting. It does not include security deposit or Facility Assistant fees.

Additional information
Required to hold your date: Completed contract and 50% of total fee. This is non-refundable and balance is due one month prior to your event.

Due one month before rental: Full amount

All rentals: minimum 2 hours

Option to decorate on Friday evening for a Saturday wedding: $200. Parties can choose which 2-hour (max) time slot they wish to utilize between 6:00 pm and 10:00 pm.

Facility Assistant Fee: $10 per hour per rental per facility

*Refundable only after your event! A portion of or all of your security deposit may be given to our People Helping People Scholarship campaign. Ask a staff member for more details!

**If you do not put tables and chairs back the way you found them, you will be charged a $25 tear down fee. This will be taken from your security deposit.
