New Summer Class Open House!
In the weekends of May, were hosting 4 new classes to try before you buy for our summer session.
CX Works: This program hones in on the torso and sling muscles that connect your upper and lower body. Its an ideal workout for tummy and butt while improving functional strength and assisting with injury prevention.
Les Mills GRIT®: This is a work out that switches between short bursts of intensity and recovery periods. It’s the best way to increase fitness, tone muscle, lose fat and be more athletic.
Tai Chi: This martial art is not a defensive or offensive form. This art focuses on slow movement, balance and mental concentration. This is a calm and meditative class.
Teen Extreme: PARENTS! This class is the ideal class for your young adults in your life. It promotes safety with equipment, correct form while weightlifting and creates a team oriented mindset while working out. Sign your teens up to try out this class in May.
