JERRY L. GARVER YMCA & THE AMERICAN RED CROSS
- Swim 300 yards continuously
- Tread water for 2 minutes using legs only
- Swim 20 yards, surface dive in 7-10 feet of water, retrieve a 10 lb. object and swim 20 yards on the back to return to starting point (this is a timed event).
- Perform all required skills with accuracy
Participants must pass the pre-test to continue on with the course.
9am - 5pm
*$100 refund for those individuals that work at the JERRY L. GARVER YMCA and remain in good standing.
