9-week class starting January 9 - Saturdays, 10:00-11:15 a.m.
Focused on three life areas:
Looking to build health and vibrancy in your life? This class is especially designed for those who want alternative and/or more integrative ways to maintain or improve their weight beyond counting calories.
This class includes an informative and inspirational lecture format, group movement and exercise, cooking and whole food celebration segments, positive and goal-oriented social community building and meaningful introductions to the talented YMCA staff members that change people’s lives every day and are here to help you with your fitness journey.
Modeled after the YMCA's areas of focus: youth development, healthy living and social responsibility, this class is designed to increase quality of life in a holistic fashion. We hope for you to build mastery, autonomy and meaning within your life through applied science, creativity and a social framework. Our goal……Helping you to be more you!
