3. School-Age Child Care

  1. Forms can be picked up in person at a YMCA or download here, no email or telephone registrations.
  2. Registrations are accepted on a first come/first serve basis.
  3. Registration forms can be completed at the branch or printed and completed home and mailed back or dropped of at the branch to the child care registrar.
  4. Parents/Guardians need to turn in:
    • Registration forms.
    • Name and telephone number of child's Primary Physician and Dentist.
    • Name and telephone number of two emergency contacts.
    • Non-refundable registration fee. (Child must be a YMCA Program Member or Full-Facility Member).
  5. The YMCA accepts Title XX and parents/guardians should bring their current 310 with them when registering.
  6. The YMCA of Central Ohio also offers sponsorships; please speak with the child care registrar when picking up registration materials or click here.

4. Program Billing

Fees will be due on a pre-pay basis, either monthly draft around the 20th of each month or bi-monthly on the 1st and 15th of each month, beginning in August. Tuition is based on the cost per child per school year (180 school days) and is then divided into 18 equal payments (9 months x 2 payments) for bi-monthly and 9 equal payments for draft. Your payments cover school days only and do not fluctuate for school days off and holiday breaks.

There is a separate fee for our school days off and holiday break programs.

Tuition is not pro-rated for any reason, including holidays, illness, family vacations, or emergency school closings.

6. Making Payments

Payments can be made by check, money order, and credit card and must be accompanied by a payment coupon. Payments must be RECEIVED by the due date (1st and 15th of each month). Checks should be made out to the YMCA. Payments may be mailed or dropped off at the YMCA Branch. Payments will not be accepted on-site or over the phone and no cash will be accepted (we will accept money orders). Monthly drafts will be debited to your account on or around the 20th of every month.
