Masters Swim Team
The Central YMCA Master's Swim Club will comprise of individuals seeking to enhance their swimming for various reasons. This could include motivation to work out with a group of other swimmers, the ability to compete nationally in USMS swim meets or for the relaxation and health benefits of swimming.Have a question? Big Ride is Back!
1/15/10 –2/28/10The Big Ride at the YMCA is coming up on Sat. Feb. 27th. If you are planning on riding, but have not already registered, pelase do so soon so that we can make sure we have enough bikes available, and to reserve your spot.
Remember, this year you can ride from 9AM - 11AM, from 11AM - 1PM or, for the really adventurous, from 9AM - 1PM.

Lifeguard Course
Learn the skills needed to become a certified lifeguard! First aid, CPR for the Professional Rescuer, AED and Oxygen administration certifications are also included. Classes will be held from February 26-March 13th. Friday's hours will be from 5:00PM-9:00PM and Saturday's will be from 8:30AM-5:30PM. Attendance is mandatory at all sessions in order to be certified. Registration cost is as follows: Metro Members, $175; Program Members, $200 and Non-Members, $215.Have a question? Email Seth Bower.
