
Download, print, read, and complete the following four (4) forms and return them to your YMCA.
All fees, paperwork, or changes are due 14 days prior to the first day of each camp week. Checks, money orders and all major credit cards are accepted. Failure to pay in full may result in the camper’s name being removed from the camp roster.

Complete Hold Your Spot Application
Include a $25 non-refundable, non-transferable deposit per child, for each week of camp your child/children will be attending.

In keeping with the YMCA’s mission to serve all people regardless of age, gender,
race, religion or financial circumstance, financial assistance for families is available.
County Subsidized Childcare is accepted at many camp locations. Current 310’s are
required when applying. All paperwork must be approved by the YMCA before your
child attends camp. Please contact your local YMCA branch for more details.
